Peter Bruckshaw is the founder of ProbateWinnipeg.com and is a partner at St. Mary’s Law LLP. Peter graduated with a B.A. (1st Class Hons.) in 1985, and graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law in 1988. While in Law school Peter was awarded the Harry Walsh Prize and the Canada Law Book Prize for academic achievement.
Since his call to the Bar in 1989 Mr. Bruckshaw has practiced in the area of Wills & Estates, including the preparation of Wills, applying to the Court for Probate and Letters of Administration, and estate litigation.
In 1995 Peter Bruckshaw was elected to the Manitoba Bar Association Family Section Executive. He has also served on the Canadian Bar Association National Legal Aid Liaison Committee and presently serves on the Law Society of Manitoba legal fees arbitration panel.
Peter has been a guest lecturer for the Law Society of Manitoba articling student program, and a presenter at numerous Manitoba Bar Association programs. Peter is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association Wills & Estates section.
